About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide active telephone support to top key accounts
- Manage order processing and support for delivery customers in coordination with regional delivery sites
- Proactively advise customers on gastro-service solutions and promotional products
- Develop and execute sales strategies in collaboration with field sales teams to achieve regional goals
- Regularly review and optimize sales measures and success
- Work closely with field managers, wholesale markets, and delivery teams
Requirements
- Completed commercial training (e.g., Office Management or Wholesale) or experience in gastronomy (e.g., Restaurant Specialist, Hotel Specialist, or Chef)
- Career changers are welcome
- Ideally experience in sales or telephone sales (inbound/outbound)
- Passion for food and beverages
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong communication skills and sales talent
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on service and quality
