Inside Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of inside sales reps in a high-volume, fast-cycle B2C environment
• Drive team performance through regular coaching, call reviews, and individualized development plans
• Identify gaps in conversion rates and win rates and implement targeted training and process improvements
• Own team metrics including call volume, contact rates, conversion rates, close rates, and booking targets
• Collaborate to optimize sales tools and technologies such as CRM, call intelligence, and AI
• Partner with marketing and customer operations to ensure lead flow and smooth hand-offs
• Hire, onboard, and ramp new sales reps quickly and effectively
• Report on team performance to senior leadership with clear insights and action plans

Requirements

• 3+ years managing a B2C inside sales team with demonstrated success hitting revenue targets
• Proven experience in a high-volume, short sales cycle environment
• Strong coaching instincts and ability to identify performance gaps during call reviews
• Tech-forward mindset with hands-on experience in CRM platforms and sales engagement tools
• Data-driven approach to management and KPI tracking
• Experience hiring, developing, and onboarding sales talent
• Background in building or refining sales playbooks and scripts

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in home services or the HVAC industry
• Familiarity with AI-powered sales tools
