Inside Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the inside sales team to achieve or exceed monthly revenue goals
• Train and guide sales representatives through constructive coaching and mentorship
• Drive the sales process by selecting and training qualified sales and account management professionals
• Provide weekly sales forecasts and summaries for senior leadership
• Manage the full sales cycle in coordination with Sales Support and Marketing teams
• Facilitate regular sales team meetings to discuss progress and coaching opportunities
• Assign high-priority clients to qualified team members to ensure retention and quality

Requirements

• 4+ years of proven sales leadership experience
• Experience building and managing teams in high-volume, fast-paced environments
• Proven track record of implementing and maintaining sales goals
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, or other CRM systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Working knowledge of the education industry
• Strong analytical and time-management skills
• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field (preferred)
