Responsibilities
- Develop and implement demand generation strategies and campaigns through cold calling, mail campaigns, LinkedIn, and events
- Identify potential prospects using initiative and creativity to generate outbound lead opportunities
- Assess and analyze prospect processes and requirements to provide articulate value propositions
- Maintain accurate sales information and activity logs in CRM systems
- Meet personal targets and work towards sales goals and profitability
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and customer service departments to align efforts
- Use data and analytics to measure and improve demand generation performance
- Conduct market and account research to identify opportunities and challenges
- Monitor industry trends and attend industry events to build relationships
Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in demand generation or a related field
- Proven experience in Inside Sales targeting the US market
- Expertise in lead generation, cold calling, and software/IT sales
- Experience with Cloud technologies, preferably AWS
- Proficiency in CRM software and marketing automation
- Proficiency with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, Lusha, and Zoho CRM
- Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
