Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement demand generation strategies and campaigns through cold calling, mail campaigns, LinkedIn, and events
  • Identify potential prospects using initiative and creativity to generate outbound lead opportunities
  • Assess and analyze prospect processes and requirements to provide articulate value propositions
  • Maintain accurate sales information and activity logs in CRM systems
  • Meet personal targets and work towards sales goals and profitability
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and customer service departments to align efforts
  • Use data and analytics to measure and improve demand generation performance
  • Conduct market and account research to identify opportunities and challenges
  • Monitor industry trends and attend industry events to build relationships

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of experience in demand generation or a related field
  • Proven experience in Inside Sales targeting the US market
  • Expertise in lead generation, cold calling, and software/IT sales
  • Experience with Cloud technologies, preferably AWS
  • Proficiency in CRM software and marketing automation
  • Proficiency with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, Lusha, and Zoho CRM
  • Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
