Inside Sales Lead, Biopharma Pumps & Sensors

Responsibilities

• Investigate new incoming leads within the CRM to determine sales readiness and next steps
• Facilitate and lead customer meetings via Teams or onsite to develop sales opportunities
• Conduct lead generation through cold calling, emailing, and social media platforms
• Explain product features and benefits to potential customers through virtual presentations
• Partner with Regional Sales Managers and Business Development Managers to facilitate prospect communication
• Support the tracking and documentation of open opportunities and sales funnel management
• Collaborate with marketing and product management teams to support new programs and campaigns
• Represent the Bio Business Unit at trade shows and conferences to engage prospective customers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technical or engineering field
• Minimum 3 years of technical sales experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer interaction position
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, TEAMS)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to travel up to 15% domestically and internationally

• Experience in the biopharmaceutical industry
