Inside Sales Junior

Responsibilities

• Engage XP advisors via phone, email, and internal channels to discuss Managed Portfolios (Fixed Income, Variable Income, International, ETFs, and Multi-products)
• Qualify opportunities and participate in commercial and technical meetings
• Monitor client portfolios to identify rebalancing and cross-sell opportunities
• Meet targets for advisor activation, meetings, net inflows, and product penetration
• Maintain an organized pipeline in CRM with disciplined follow-up
• Provide market feedback to Product, Management, and CIO Office teams
• Collaborate with Product, Management, Allocation, Risk, and Compliance teams

Requirements

• Degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or related fields
• Active CPA-20 certification
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Commercial mindset and goal-oriented
• Analytical skills for portfolio and portfolio construction understanding
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

• CGA and/or CFP certifications
• Previous experience in advisory, commercial desks, or internships in asset management or banking
• Advanced English skills
