Inside Sales Intern

Responsibilities

• Assist French-speaking customers and parties with inquiries
• Support the back office team in deploying leads and opportunities to the sales team
• Create and manage sales offers and follow up on customer quotations
• Track sales data using Excel sheets
• Provide assistance to customers regarding software questions
• Assist with translations for marketing materials such as whitepapers and flyers
• Handle written inquiries through the email system
• Collaborate closely with the customer care and enterprise teams

Requirements

• Enrolled student in Business Administration or a related field
• Ability to commit to a compulsory internship for at least 6 months
• Fluency in both English and French is mandatory
• Advanced Windows skills or a strong desire to learn
• Strong communication skills and an enjoyment of interacting with people
• Proficiency in German or Portuguese is a plus
