Inside Sales Intern

Responsibilities

• Assist interested parties and customers in the Middle Eastern and African market
• Sell software licenses to prospects via phone or email
• Create and manage offers
• Answer customer questions regarding software via email or phone
• Work in close cooperation with different departments
• Assist the team with back office tasks

Requirements

• Enrolled student in business administration or a related subject
• Internship must be a compulsory part of studies for at least 5-6 months
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in interacting with people
• Fluency in English is mandatory
• Advanced Windows skills or a strong desire to learn

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in Arabic
