Inside Sales Intern

Responsibilities

• Handle customer RFQs for spare parts and prepare accurate, competitive quotations
• Review customer requirements to identify correct spare parts based on equipment specifications
• Coordinate with technical support, supply chain, and pricing teams for timely quotations
• Follow up on submitted quotations to maximize order conversion
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding pricing, availability, lead times, and order status
• Maintain and update quotation records, customer data, and sales activities in ERP/CRM systems
• Support the external sales team in achieving sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive communication

Requirements

• Graduate or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Business Administration (Sales & Marketing preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, quotation management, or customer support
• Experience in the process industry is preferred
• Experience handling spare parts quotations/RFQs for food, pharmaceutical, dairy, or beverage industries is a plus
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems
