Responsibilities

• Contact private customers who have performed an online estimation on our website
• Listen to and identify customers' sales plans
• Negotiate and persuade customers to sign an assignment with one of our partner real estate agencies
• Ensure a good relationship between the real estate agency and the private customer
• Manage and maintain your portfolio of real estate agents to ensure smooth cooperation

Requirements

• Some experience in sales
• Knowledge of the real estate sector is a plus
• Passion for telephone sales
• Eager to learn and a strong sense of teamwork
• Persistent and goal-oriented
• Enjoy negotiation and exceeding targets
• Fluency in Dutch
