Inside Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Nurture member relationships post-sale as part of the "account farming" team
• Achieve targets related to Tide account activations
• Engage existing members through calls to build rapport and understand their business needs
• Upsell relevant products and services to help SMEs thrive
• Collaborate cross-functionally to pitch upcoming product launches
• Independently source potential revenue-generating leads
• Provide 5-star service by coaching members through the setup process

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in tele-sales roles, ideally within FinTech or digital banking
• Fluency in English and Hindi
• Proficiency in at least one of the following: Kannada, Tamil, or Telugu
• Strong knowledge of KYC, AML, and associated compliance regulations
• Target-driven mindset with a focus on revenue generation
• Excellent telephone manner and ability to handle objections
