Inside Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers who have abandoned carts, browsed products, or registered without transacting
• Make timely and persuasive outbound calls to re-engage high-intent leads
• Handle inbound inquiries via Call, Chat, WhatsApp, or Website
• Understand customer needs, address concerns, and recommend appropriate products
• Route interested customers to the nearest physical store when necessary
• Work with marketing and CRM teams to action warm leads efficiently
• Maintain detailed interaction records using internal CRM tools
• Meet or exceed sales and conversion targets

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline
• 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Tele Sales, or Customer Engagement
• Experience in eCommerce or retail preferred
• Strong verbal communication skills in English and regional languages
• Ability to handle objections and convert interest into sales
• Proficiency with CRM tools and digital communication platforms
• Target-oriented mindset
