Inside Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Call prospective clients from marketing leads and cold calling data to build a robust pipeline
• Qualify and disqualify inbound leads in a high-volume environment
• Identify potential clients and key decision-makers within organizations
• Manage the merchant onboarding process on the platform
• Maintain accurate data within CRM systems and Google Sheets
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by managing transaction processes
• Propose solutions to meet client objectives and enhance service experience

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in inside sales (calling)
• 1+ year of experience in banking sales
• 1+ year of experience in direct sales for payment gateways
