About the role
Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable software licensing and technology solutions
- Schedule product demonstrations and meetings with prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Manage the complete sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up to close deals
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Stay updated on industry trends, software products, and competitor offerings
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Inside Sales, IT Sales, Software Sales, SaaS Sales, or B2B Sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Experience in lead generation and customer relationship management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
- Experience selling software licenses, SaaS solutions, cloud services, or technology products
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and modern sales tools
