About the role

Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels
  • Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable software licensing and technology solutions
  • Schedule product demonstrations and meetings with prospective clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Manage the complete sales pipeline using CRM tools
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up to close deals
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Stay updated on industry trends, software products, and competitor offerings

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in Inside Sales, IT Sales, Software Sales, SaaS Sales, or B2B Sales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Experience in lead generation and customer relationship management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
  • Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
  • Experience selling software licenses, SaaS solutions, cloud services, or technology products
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and modern sales tools
