About the role

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage CRM pipelines of relevant industries such as healthtech, staffing, and services
  • Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for field sales
  • Share pitch decks, proposals, and pilot offers with potential clients
  • Maintain lead status, conversion metrics, and funnel hygiene
  • Prepare weekly sales funnel reports and performance dashboards

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in inside sales (B2B SaaS, EVs, or logistics preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and lead tracking tools
  • Fluent in English (Kannada or Hindi is a plus)
  • Goal-oriented with an eagerness to grow into a client-facing sales role
  • Detail-driven and able to manage multiple leads effectively
