About the role
Responsibilities
- Build and manage CRM pipelines of relevant industries such as healthtech, staffing, and services
- Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for field sales
- Share pitch decks, proposals, and pilot offers with potential clients
- Maintain lead status, conversion metrics, and funnel hygiene
- Prepare weekly sales funnel reports and performance dashboards
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales (B2B SaaS, EVs, or logistics preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and lead tracking tools
- Fluent in English (Kannada or Hindi is a plus)
- Goal-oriented with an eagerness to grow into a client-facing sales role
- Detail-driven and able to manage multiple leads effectively
