About the role

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate qualified leads in the US market through outbound calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Qualify inbound leads by understanding business pain points and positioning AI/ML, analytics, and cloud offerings.
  • Conduct discovery calls and online demos in collaboration with solution architects to nurture prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Maintain an organized pipeline by logging all activities and notes in the CRM to provide accurate forecasts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on US-focused campaigns and provide feedback from the field.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs regarding meetings booked and qualified opportunities created.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B technology or services inside sales/business development.
  • At least 2 years of experience specifically selling to customers in the US market.
  • Strong English communication and written skills for conducting discovery calls with US stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a high-activity environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Ability to work evening or overlapping shifts to align with US market time zones.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience selling AI/ML, cloud, analytics, or SaaS solutions.
  • Familiarity with account-based prospecting and social selling on LinkedIn.
  • Background in startups or IT services with exposure to global customers.
