Inside Sales Engineer

Responsibilities

• Receive RFQs and evaluate tender documents and technical drawings
• Prepare alternate proposals using value engineering to achieve best cost efficiency
• Act as a liaison between Impact Partners and factories for non-standard products and special applications
• Ensure product compliance by applying industry codes and standards to customer specifications
• Communicate with internal and external customers regarding technical support and guidance
• Perform record keeping and pricing for standard and non-standard items
• Hand over completed project orders to operations for execution

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• 6-8 years of relevant professional experience
• Knowledge of design and estimation for Control panels, Distribution Panels, and Junction Boxes
• Familiarity with IECEx and ATEX codes
• Experience with LV Switchgear and Control gear applications
• Experience with LED Luminaire selection and EPC Project Documentation
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically at an intermediate to advanced level in MS Excel
• Strong proficiency in spoken and written English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of 2D drafting using AutoCAD or equivalent software
