Inside Sales Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Engineering Managers and Sales Engineers in the US market with pre-sales and sales engagements.
• Conduct Proof of Concepts (POCs) and technical demonstrations for potential customers.
• Assist with pre-sales activities including technical research, documentation, and requirement gathering.
• Support the RFI/RFP process and prepare technical documentation such as TODs and ALDs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Technical Support and/or data recovery and backup solutions.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Deep understanding of networking fundamentals (OSI layers, TCP/UDP, DNS, Active Directory).
• Hands-on configuration and troubleshooting knowledge of storage systems, hypervisors (VMware, Hyper-V), and container solutions (Kubernetes).
• Proficiency with various databases including MSSQL, MySQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.
• Proven experience in customer-facing roles delivering technical demos or pilots.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in creating PowerPoint presentations.
• Ability to work permanent night shifts to support the US market.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in CRM applications such as Salesforce or D365.
• Hands-on exposure to Commvault, Rubrik, Veeam, Cohesity, Dell, NetApp, or Pure Storage technologies.
• Relevant industry certifications in Cloud (AWS, Azure) or AI.
• Multilingual capabilities (e.g., French, German, Spanish).
