About the role
Responsibilities
- Partner with experienced Sales Engineers and account teams to support customer engagements and enterprise technology sales cycles
- Assist in developing territory plans, account strategies, and technical solution recommendations
- Identify customer business and technical challenges and solve them using Commvault’s cloud and SaaS solutions
- Participate in customer meetings, technical presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concept activities
- Collaborate with internal teams including sales, support, product management, marketing, and engineering
- Provide product and process feedback to promote continuous organizational improvement
Requirements
- 3+ years of technical experience with a passion for cloud or cybersecurity technologies
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field
- Proven proficiency in at least one major cloud service provider
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical ideas clearly
- Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings and team collaboration
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a pre-sales or technical consulting role
- Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Solution Selling, or Challenger
