About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage the "Lead to Order" process for spare parts and services enquiries
  • Investigate required parts and submit accurate quotations using ERP systems
  • Proactively identify and capture upselling opportunities to drive revenue
  • Monitor open quotes weekly and communicate with customers and sales teams to secure orders
  • Register orders in the ERP system and manage purchase orders for internal and external suppliers
  • Utilize CRM tools consistently to support the sales process and decision-making
  • Follow up on order fulfillment progress with the Order Handling team
  • Maintain accurate customer contact and equipment information in the Installed Base

Requirements

  • B.E. degree in an engineering discipline
  • 1 to 5 years of professional experience
  • Proficiency in using ERP systems
  • Experience with CRM software and related sales tools
