Inside Sales Engineer

Responsibilities

• Select, size, and configure hygienic fluid handling and heat transfer products
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals for capital and service sales
• Nurture qualified leads and convert them into orders through active market engagement
• Provide direct technical and commercial support to customers and channel partners
• Follow up on quotes to ensure proposed value matches customer needs
• Coordinate with internal support teams and customer support during the post-order process
• Use CRM and ERP tools consistently to support the sales process and decision-making

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a similar field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in hygienic fluid handling (pumps, valves, mixing, tank cleaning) or heat transfer
• Knowledge of food, dairy, beverage, and pharmaceutical processes
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in using ERP, CRM, and other digital sales tools
