Inside Sales Engineer, Air-Cooled Heat Exchangers

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable sales growth for Air-Cooled Heat Exchangers within assigned industry segments including Gas Processing, Power Generation, and Data Centers.
• Select, design, and configure products and solutions using company configuration tools based on customer specifications.
• Develop value-based quotes that highlight unique selling points and address specific customer needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including EPC companies, packagers, and system-builders.
• Analyze market insights and customer buying behavior to develop effective sales plans.
• Utilize CRM tools to manage the sales process, track opportunities, and support decision-making.
• Coordinate the handover of orders to the Order Fulfillment and Project Management teams.

Requirements

• Engineering Degree or Engineering Technologist diploma (Mechanical, Chemical, or Petroleum disciplines preferred).
• 3 to 10 years of industry experience in targeted segments.
• Technical knowledge of heat transfer and fluid dynamics.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel by airplane.
• Ability to travel occasionally within Canada (<10%) and internationally for training or meetings.

Benefits

• Annual salary range of $80,000–$115,000 CAD.
