Inside Sales Director, EMEA

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver EMEA inside sales revenue targets, ensuring consistent and scalable year-over-year growth
• Shape and execute a forward-looking inside sales strategy aligned with regional business priorities
• Deepen engagement with resellers, MSPs, and distributors to drive partner activation and retention
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing inside sales team across the EMEA region
• Implement modern, value-based sales methodologies and drive disciplined use of CRM (Salesforce)
• Partner with Country Managers, Field Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align go-to-market strategies
• Provide visibility into pipeline health, performance trends, and growth opportunities to senior leadership

Requirements

• Proven experience leading and scaling inside or hybrid sales teams across EMEA
• Strong background in channel-driven and partner-led sales environments
• Experience in cybersecurity, networking, SaaS, or related technology sectors
• Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets
• Deep understanding of the MSP ecosystem and recurring revenue models
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to use analytics to optimize performance
• Strong communication and influencing skills to engage stakeholders at all levels
