Inside Sales

Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships and inspire brand loyalty
• Recommend additional and complimentary beauty products to customers
• Inform customers about current promotions, events, and loyalty program enrollment
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues
• Demonstrate company culture values in all customer interactions

Requirements

• Passion for beauty and hair care
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, crouching, and reaching
• Ability to work in an environment that may involve exposure to fumes, odors, or irritant chemicals
