Inside Sales

Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships and inspire brand loyalty
• Recommend hair, cosmetic, skin care, and nail products to customers
• Inform customers about current promotions, events, and loyalty program enrollment
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues

Requirements

• High school graduate
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical exertion (bending, crouching, reaching)
• Strong customer service skills and a passion for the beauty industry
