About the role

Responsibilities

  • Search for and identify new project opportunities within assigned territories
  • Manage the bid timeline and ensure all milestones are met
  • Oversee the preparation and submission of quotes and submittal packages in compliance with customer and DOT requirements
  • Facilitate communication between internal teams and customers to keep projects on track
  • Maintain CRM and project files accurately
  • Support the sales process from prospecting through order conversion
  • Facilitate weekly meetings for the territory sales team

Requirements

  • 2+ years of CRM experience
  • Ability to read and interpret bid documents, specifications, and technical drawings
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and proactively

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the traffic industry or DOT project estimating
  • Prior estimating experience
