About the role
Responsibilities
- Search for and identify new project opportunities within assigned territories
- Manage the bid timeline and ensure all milestones are met
- Oversee the preparation and submission of quotes and submittal packages in compliance with customer and DOT requirements
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and customers to keep projects on track
- Maintain CRM and project files accurately
- Support the sales process from prospecting through order conversion
- Facilitate weekly meetings for the territory sales team
Requirements
- 2+ years of CRM experience
- Ability to read and interpret bid documents, specifications, and technical drawings
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and proactively
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the traffic industry or DOT project estimating
- Prior estimating experience
