About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as a central hub of communication within a direct territory sales team
  • Oversee the bid management process, including reviewing specifications and assisting in developing quotes
  • Perform new business prospecting within assigned territories independently
  • Facilitate weekly meetings for the territory sales team
  • Maintain CRM and project files accurately
  • Ensure all bids and documents are submitted on time and accurately
  • Develop strong relationships with team members and the customer base

Requirements

  • 2+ years of CRM experience
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and follow existing processes
  • Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills
  • Ability to stay focused and engaged in routine tasks
  • Willingness to travel several times per year

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the traffic industry
  • Experience with GP systems
