About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as a central hub of communication within a direct territory sales team
- Oversee the bid management process, including reviewing specifications and assisting in developing quotes
- Perform new business prospecting within assigned territories independently
- Facilitate weekly meetings for the territory sales team
- Maintain CRM and project files accurately
- Ensure all bids and documents are submitted on time and accurately
- Develop strong relationships with team members and the customer base
Requirements
- 2+ years of CRM experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and follow existing processes
- Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills
- Ability to stay focused and engaged in routine tasks
- Willingness to travel several times per year
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the traffic industry
- Experience with GP systems
