About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the bid process from start to finish, including identifying project opportunities and reviewing specifications
- Coordinate the progression of bids through the pipeline and ensure milestones are met
- Oversee the preparation and submission of quotes in compliance with customer and DOT requirements
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and customers to keep projects on track
- Perform new business prospecting within assigned territories
- Maintain CRM and project files and facilitate weekly territory sales team meetings
Requirements
- 2+ years of CRM experience
- Ability to read and interpret bid documents, specifications, and technical drawings
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with high attention to accuracy
- Proactive communication and ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the traffic industry or DOT project estimating
- Prior estimating experience
