About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage the bid process from start to finish, including identifying project opportunities and reviewing specifications
  • Coordinate the progression of bids through the pipeline and ensure milestones are met
  • Oversee the preparation and submission of quotes in compliance with customer and DOT requirements
  • Facilitate communication between internal teams and customers to keep projects on track
  • Perform new business prospecting within assigned territories
  • Maintain CRM and project files and facilitate weekly territory sales team meetings

Requirements

  • 2+ years of CRM experience
  • Ability to read and interpret bid documents, specifications, and technical drawings
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with high attention to accuracy
  • Proactive communication and ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the traffic industry or DOT project estimating
  • Prior estimating experience
