About the role
Responsibilities
- Operationalize work strategies with the analyst team to achieve goals and actively manage the sales pipeline
- Conduct management rituals including 1:1s, weekly meetings, call monitoring, and consultative feedback to ensure service quality
- Monitor daily productivity, ramp-up, and efficient CRM usage
- Act as a strategic hub between Sales, Product, and Strategy teams to improve processes and implement new projects, such as AI integration
- Manage a team of 6-8 analysts with a focus on coaching, development, and recognition
Requirements
- Solid experience leading B2C Inside Sales teams and managing sales funnels
- Practical mastery of CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and sales frameworks (e.g., Spin Selling, Predictable Sales)
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret dashboards and transform data into actionable plans
- Interest and familiarity with technology and Artificial Intelligence
- Strong communication, active listening, and leadership skills
- Availability for a hybrid work model (2x per week in the Vila Leopoldina office, São Paulo)
