About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and communicate with managers and sales teams to meet customer needs
- Provide daily sales support to the sales team
- Perform prospecting and lead generation
- Navigate CRM to qualify leads and share information with the team
- Ensure local inventory is accounted for
- Source and price attachments
- Process walk-in traffic for order pickups
- Coordinate with the shop regarding equipment status
- Manage the full sales cycle for walk-in traffic
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or 4 years of similar experience
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- High sense of urgency and strong problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of construction or related equipment preferred
- Proficiency with G-Suite and general business software
