About the role
Responsibilities
- Support buyers in automating price calculation processes and managing documentation
- Prepare reports to support decision-making and resolve pricing or payment issues
- Coordinate deliveries with suppliers and material reception on-site
- Assist dispatchers with material, equipment, and container collection
- Coordinate with administrative and sales teams to ensure accurate purchase documentation
- Create and track purchase orders within the CRM
Requirements
- More than 3 years of experience in account management or client relationship management
- Strong proficiency in Excel
- Proven experience in establishing business relationships
- Organized with high attention to detail
- Results-oriented and comfortable with technology
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration or a related field
