Inside Sales- Contract Services Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate contract work between customer needs and manufacturing capacity
• Provide quotations for contract services and confirm customer orders
• Maintain customer files and file invoices/correspondence in Docuware
• Verify customer information, shipping methods, and pricing in SAP
• Process credits and perform delivery follow-ups and order expediting
• Collaborate with Receiving, Manufacturing, Coating, Shipping, and Inside Sales departments
• Pull design prints as necessary and occasionally visit the shop floor

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to use SAP and Docuware
• Willingness to learn and practice Lean Manufacturing principles

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-2 years of clerical, sales, customer service, or manufacturing experience
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 & 14001 standards
