Inside Sales Communications Co-op

Responsibilities

• Support sales engagement initiatives, including eNPS, YourVoice, and the Culture Council
• Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Enablement, and Marketing to develop communication and launch plans
• Draft, edit, and design communication assets such as emails, presentations, job aids, FAQs, and launch toolkits
• Help organize and track program launches, key milestones, and deliverables
• Assist with gathering feedback and insights to improve future communications and programs
• Conduct research and provide administrative and project support to leadership

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree at Drexel University with a cooperative learning track
• Available to work 40 hours per week for a 6-month period (September 22, 2026 – March 26, 2027)
• Authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship needs
• Ability to report in-person to the Philadelphia, PA office
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel

• Interest in sales, marketing, communications, or business operations
• Major in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Management, or Operations
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
