Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound outreach to real estate agents and partners via phone, text, social media, and email
• Conduct first-time conversations professionally using structured outreach cadences
• Qualify prospects using the internal framework and manage pipeline accurately in CRM
• Own daily activity standards and maintain consistency regardless of short-term results
• Participate actively in coaching, training, and feedback sessions

Requirements

• Discipline, consistency, and coachability
• Comfortable initiating conversations with new people
• Open to feedback and committed to improvement
• Prior sales experience is helpful but not required
