Inside Sales Channel Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Sell Dell Technologies’ entire product and services portfolio, including client, software, enterprise solutions, and service contracts
• Act as the primary point of contact for the outside sales team, providing strategic and operational support
• Collaborate with internal and channel resources to drive transactional volume and meet sales objectives for the assigned market
• Monitor industry trends and competitor products to effectively position the Dell Technologies portfolio
• Coach and mentor others to improve performance by providing feedback and identifying development opportunities

Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of relevant sales or account management experience
• Solid understanding of a wide range of products and services to provide relevant client solutions
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and customers
• Demonstrated leadership potential with the ability to lead individuals and teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Direct experience in Channel Sales
