Inside Sales

Responsibilities

• Receive customer inquiries and assist the sales team in preparing quotations
• Arrange shipments and follow up on logistics once rates are confirmed
• Manage customer data in the system, including address books and SPOT entries
• Coordinate with overseas partners regarding invoice uploads and credit term applications
• Perform cold calls to support business development efforts
• Release orders to the operations team and overseas partners with complete SOPs
• Maintain effective communication with the operations team and international offices

Requirements

• College degree or above in Logistics, International Trade, Business English, or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience in a relevant industry
• Proficiency in English writing and speaking
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
• A passionate and proactive attitude toward work
