Inside Sales Business Consultant

Responsibilities

• Interact with internal stakeholders and external prospects to gather and organize information for closing new business sales
• Conduct high-volume outbound and inbound calls to prospective niche market program customers
• Facilitate the insurance application process between Lockton Affinity and the customer
• Deliver consultative presentations to prospects to provide insurance proposals
• Build and maintain professional relationships with internal and external clients
• Manage and learn CRM and Velocity systems to maintain accurate data

Requirements

• Ability to obtain a property and casualty and/or life and health insurance license within 60 days
• Strong consultative, negotiation, and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
• Typing speed of at least 45 wpm
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related program
