Inside Sales BILINGUAL

Responsibilities

• Create memorable shopping experiences by providing expert advice on hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails
• Build customer relationships and inspire loyalty through personalized service
• Recommend additional and complimentary products to meet customer needs
• Inform customers of current promotions, events, and the Loyalty program
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Bilingual skills
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder
• Ability to communicate with customers, co-workers, and management clearly
• Availability to meet the scheduling needs of the business
• 1+ years of retail sales or customer service experience preferred
