Inside Sales B2B

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and engage potential B2B customers and partners via phone, email, and social media (e.g., LinkedIn) for cobots and mobile autonomous robots
• Qualify customer inquiries and identify automation potential through structured needs assessment
• Support the planning and implementation of lead management marketing campaigns
• Maintain and document customer and lead data within the CRM system
• Research and prepare account and market information for sales reporting
• Assist in optimizing acquisition and sales processes based on market data

Requirements

• Currently enrolled student (field of study is secondary to motivation)
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to engaging with people
• Comfortable with outbound calling and conducting initial customer conversations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is a plus
• Very good German language skills (C2 level)
• Good English language skills (B2 level)
• Motivated, independent, and structured way of working
