Inside Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound telecalling to UAE customers to introduce Yubi's financial solutions.
• Identify and qualify potential leads, scheduling follow-up calls to discuss tailored solutions.
• Pitch Yubi's comprehensive product suite, including the Credit Marketplace and Mortgages.
• Foster strong customer relationships by addressing requirements, preferences, and pain points.
• Manage customer information and call data accurately within CRM systems.
• Track and report sales metrics such as conversion rates, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
• Provide regular updates to Front line Sales Managers in the UAE regarding lead performance and feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-8 years of professional sales experience.
• Proven experience within the financial services industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
