Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the $50K ARR portfolio
• Build and maintain strong relationships through proactive outreach and digital engagement
• Monitor account health, usage data, and customer satisfaction to mitigate churn
• Manage the end-to-end commercial renewal process
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling new features or licenses
• Collaborate with Inside Sales and Marketing on targeted outbound campaigns
• Feed customer insights back to Product and Support teams

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales)
• Experience within the SaaS or tech sector preferred
• Foundational understanding of SaaS metrics like ARR, churn, and retention
• Excellent communication skills for managing relationships via email, video, and phone
• Strong time management and ability to balance portfolio management with outbound campaigns
• Proactive, resilient, and collaborative mindset
