Responsibilities

  • Drive Volume: Maintain a high level of activity, averaging 150 to 200+ outbound dials/touch points per day to warm inbound leads.
  • Master the Script: Consult with homeowners to understand their needs, articulate the Orchard value proposition and set appointments with an Orchard Real Estate Agent.
  • Manage the Funnel: Utilize Salesforce and Dialpad to meticulously track leads and ensure no opportunity falls through the cracks.
  • Collaborate: Work side-by-side with licensed agents to ensure a seamless hand-off for the customer.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or real estate
  • Ability to maintain a high-volume outbound dialing cadence
  • Strong phone rapport building and professional communication skills
  • Ability to work onsite in Central Austin, TX

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a high-velocity sales environment
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
