About the role

Responsibilities

  • Speak with prospective customers seeking solutions to computer and technology problems
  • Educate and advise customers on Nanoheal membership services and solutions
  • Utilize technology tools to research and resolve member issues
  • Contribute to company and process improvements
  • Work Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Tele-sales or inside sales experience preferred
  • Proficiency with computers, technology, and multiple web applications
  • Team-oriented with capacity and willingness to learn new skills
  • Ability to work full time with a positive attitude and drive to succeed
