About the role
Responsibilities
- Speak with prospective customers seeking solutions to computer and technology problems
- Educate and advise customers on Nanoheal membership services and solutions
- Utilize technology tools to research and resolve member issues
- Contribute to company and process improvements
- Work Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Tele-sales or inside sales experience preferred
- Proficiency with computers, technology, and multiple web applications
- Team-oriented with capacity and willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to work full time with a positive attitude and drive to succeed
