Inside Sales Associate II

Responsibilities

• Grow customer accounts by meeting performance targets, increasing revenue, and improving margins
• Identify new business opportunities and convert competitor customers to ADI
• Manage existing accounts through steady communication and regular outbound calls
• Build strong customer relationships and educate clients on new products and industry trends
• Provide an exceptional shopping experience across in-store, phone, and online channels
• Maintain and update all customer interactions within the tracking system

Requirements

• 1 year of Sales experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Computer literacy with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• A strong desire to be in a sales role and accountability for sales revenue

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in Retail, Hospitality, or Customer Service industries
• Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
• Experience in the distribution industry
• Strong negotiation and marketing skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment

• Competitive base salary ranging from CAD $40,000 to $56,000 per year (varies by location)
