Inside Sales Associate II

Responsibilities

• Grow customer accounts by increasing revenue, order size, and profit margins
• Identify new business opportunities and convert customers from competitors
• Manage existing accounts through consistent communication and outbound calling
• Build strong customer relationships by educating clients on new products and industry trends
• Maintain and update customer interactions within the tracking system
• Provide an exceptional shopping experience across in-store, phone, and online channels

Requirements

• Bilingual in French and English
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of sales experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer literacy
• Strong desire to be in a sales role and accountable for revenue targets

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service industries
• Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
• Previous experience in the distribution industry
• Strong negotiation and marketing skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
