Inside Sales Associate II

Responsibilities

• Grow customer accounts by meeting performance targets, increasing revenue, and improving margins
• Identify new business opportunities and convert customer purchases from competitors
• Conduct outbound calls daily to present leads and maintain steady communication via the customer database
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships through exceptional service and product education
• Demonstrate deep product knowledge by explaining features and advantages to customers in non-technical terms
• Maintain and update all customer interactions within the tracking system

Requirements

• 1 year of Sales experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Computer literacy with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• A strong desire to be in a sales role and accountability for sales revenue

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in Retail, Hospitality, or the Customer Service industry
• Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
• Experience in the distribution industry
• Strong negotiation and marketing skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
