Inside Sales Associate II

Responsibilities

• Grow customer accounts by meeting performance targets, increasing revenue, and improving margins
• Identify new business opportunities and convert competitor customers to ADI
• Manage existing accounts through consistent communication and use of the Customer Database
• Conduct outbound calls daily to present leads and drive sales
• Educate customers on new products, technology trends, and industry developments
• Provide an exceptional shopping experience across in-store, phone, and online channels

Requirements

• 1 year of professional sales experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong sense of accountability for driving sales revenue

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or the customer service industry
• Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
• Previous experience in a distribution environment
• Strong negotiation and marketing skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
