Inside Sales Associate II

Responsibilities

• Grow customer accounts by meeting revenue and margin performance targets
• Increase order size and customer transactions through strategic pricing and lead presentation
• Identify new business opportunities and convert customers from competitors
• Conduct outbound calls daily to present leads and maintain steady communication via the customer database
• Educate customers on new products, technology trends, and industry developments
• Provide exceptional shopping experiences in-store, by phone, and online
• Maintain and update all customer interactions within the tracking system

Requirements

• 1 year of Sales experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Computer literacy with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Strong desire to be in a sales role and accountability for sales revenue

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in Retail, Hospitality, or the Customer Service industry
• Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
• Prior experience in the distribution industry
• Strong negotiation and marketing skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
