Inside Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers to inspire brand loyalty
• Provide expert product advice and recommend complimentary items
• Inform customers about current promotions, events, and the loyalty program
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise for promotional events
• Complete sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory needs
• Execute product knowledge training to support customer service excellence

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years of retail sales or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder
• Availability to meet the scheduling needs of the business
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers, co-workers, and management
• Ability to read and explain product labels

• Passion for the hair and beauty industry
• Previous experience in a professional beauty supply environment
