Inside Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with beauty professionals and inspire brand loyalty
• Recommend additional and complimentary products to enhance the customer experience
• Inform customers of current promotions, events, and loyalty program benefits
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues
• Demonstrate Cosmoprof Culture Values in all interactions

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years of retail sales or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder
• Available to meet the scheduling needs of the business
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers, co-workers, and management
• Ability to read and explain product labels

Preferred Qualifications

• Passion for the hair and beauty industry
• Previous experience in a professional beauty supply environment
